Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
• Wash and peel fruits and vegetables; weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and check temperatures.
• Serve food in proper portions; set up and break down work station daily.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tools, and equipment; follow safety policies.
• Monitor food quality, report maintenance needs, and maintain professional appearance.
