Key Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain backend services for the cryptocurrency exchange platform.
• Implement and manage infrastructure for high-availability and low-latency trading systems.
• Design and optimize database solutions for performance and scalability.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.
• Develop automation scripts for deployment, configuration, and operational tasks.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of new features.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support critical platform operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Platform Engineer, Backend Developer, or Systems Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with building and managing high-throughput, low-latency systems.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and message queues.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of financial trading systems or the cryptocurrency exchange domain is highly desirable.
• Experience with database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka).
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
