Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years backend development, with financial/high-frequency systems.
• Proficiency in Go, Java, C++, or Python.
• Experience with databases and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy robust backend services for a cryptocurrency exchange platform.
• Implement and optimize core trading engine functionalities, including order matching and price discovery.
• Develop secure and efficient APIs for internal and external integrations.
• Build and maintain systems for user accounts, wallets, and transactions.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of the exchange infrastructure.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate backend services with the UI.
• Work with DevOps to automate deployment, monitoring, and infra management.
• Apply security best practices to protect user data and assets.
• Conduct code reviews and write unit/integration tests across the lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
