impact.com is seeking a proactive Business Operations Analyst to join our team. You will serve as a key connector between internal departments and the Finance team—gathering data, context, and inputs that Finance needs to build accurate budgets, forecasts, and headcount plans.

Success comes from asking the right questions, keeping stakeholders organized, and ensuring Finance always has clean, reliable information to work with.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in business operations or cross‑functional roles.
• Comfortable reading budgets and variance reports.
• Strong organizing skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Natural communicator with Finance and operational teams.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between internal units and Finance for budgets and headcount.
• Collect, organize, and validate inputs from department leads for Finance formats.
• Follow up to ensure deliverables are complete and on time.
• Surface data gaps and coordinate resolutions with relevant teams.
• Maintain a clear view of department budgets and explain numbers plainly.
