Takealot.com, South Africa's leading online retailer, seeks a Senior Seller Sales Manager for Cross-Border Selling in Cape Town. You will lead the Sales & Account Manager team, define the go-to-market strategy for international seller recruitment, and drive pipeline health, forecasts, and revenue targets.

The role reports to the Head of Cross-Border Commerce and requires 6–8 years of sales experience, including leadership in a growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Admin, Marketing (MBA advantageous).
• 6–8 years of sales experience with at least 3 in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas in B2B/ marketplace environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales & Account Manager team to acquire international sellers.
• Define go-to-market strategy for cross-border recruitment.
• Oversee CRM pipeline, forecast, and quota attainment.
• Develop end-to-end sales process and scalable playbooks.
• Collaborate with partnerships, onboarding, and compliance teams.
