Qualifications

• 2 years+ experience in a data analysis, reporting, or BI-related role.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills across multiple dashboards.
• Proficient in data extraction, validation and interpretation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with finance and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify improvement opportunities and operational efficiencies.
• Collect, interpret, and analyse Affiliate Marketing data to identify system weaknesses, potential risks, and ensure accurate data for third parties.
• Collaborate daily with Finance and Affiliate teams to investigate anomalies in commissions and financial reports.
• Investigate and resolve variances identified in monthly financial and operational reports.
• Support deployment and maintenance of operational tools and reports and develop SOPs.
