Isilumko Staffing seeks a Dynamics CRM Consultant to review client processes, re-engineer workflows, and deliver CRM solutions within client engagements in Cape Town.

The role requires strong Dynamics 365 experience (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing), plus Power Platform and Microsoft 365 skills. You will mentor junior staff and participate in architectural sessions to shape solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 experience.
• Senior candidate to coach junior employees.
• Experience with CRM design and requirements gathering.

Responsibilities

The Dynamics CRM Consultant will be responsible for reviewing client business processes, re‑engineering the client’s processes to improve efficiency, and performing many of the functional tasks required for a successful CRM implementation.

Qualifications

The Dynamics CRM consultant must have a good knowledge of Dynamics 365 and participates in the design and architecture sessions, gather and document business processes and requirements for the project. Assist with architecting the CRM system, related customizations, portals and is responsible for delivering high‑quality CRM technical/business solutions.

• Dynamics 365 as a key competency,
• D365 for Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, portals.
• Power platform and
• Microsoft 365 experience
• 4 years of experience actively involved with Dynamics 365
• Implementing projects
• Necessity to be a more senior person who can coach junior employees.
