Job summary

Tafadzwa in Pretoria is seeking a Creditors Controller to record and reconcile all financial transactions up to the creditors trial balance.

You will ensure compliant invoices are processed, prepare payments to service providers, and follow up on outstanding invoices while maintaining organised filing systems. Three years of finance experience and PFMA knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Finance or related field (NQF 6) is required.
• Three or more years of relevant finance experience.
• Knowledge of PFMA and Treasury Regulations is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform total creditors' functions and reconciliations.
• Ensure only compliant invoices are processed for payment.
• Prepare payments to internal and external service providers.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and related matters.
• Address SCM issues and handle service provider queries.
• Maintain proper filing and perform related duties as delegated.

• Perform creditors reconciliations
• Ensure that only fully compliant invoices are processed for payment
• Preparations of all payments to internal and external service providers
• Follow-up on outstanding invoices, requisitions and other related matters
• Address and deal with SCM issues as and when required
• Handling all service provider queries
• Maintain a proper filing system
• Perform all other related duties as delegated
