Job summary

Exceed HR and Recruitment is seeking a Senior Creditors Controller (Real Estate) for a permanent, office-based role in Johannesburg. You will manage supplier payments, reconciliations and recovery processes within a property environment, collaborating with tenants and internal teams to ensure accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years in property administration and strong proficiency with MDA/MRI, Excel and related systems, plus excellent communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Matric essential.
• Qualification in Finance, Bookkeeping or Property Administration advantageous.
• 5–7 years’ experience in property administration, payment processing, billing, recoveries or accounts administration.
• Property or real estate industry experience essential, preferably in commercial, retail or industrial property.
• MDA/MRI Property Management software experience essential.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong payment processing and account reconciliation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational, time-management and problem-solving abilities.
• Bilingual in Afrikaans and English advantageous.
• Johannesburg-based candidates preferred.
• Must be comfortable working in a fully office-based role.

Responsibilities
