Jackie Cory Recruitment is assisting an established agricultural and estate-based business in Kirkwood, Eastern Cape to find a detail-oriented Creditors Clerk.

You will be responsible for processing creditors invoices, performing reconciliations, and maintaining accurate records using Xero and Excel. The role demands strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a Creditors Clerk or similar finance position.
Xero & advanced Excel skills is a prerequisite
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

Process creditors invoices and payments accurately and timeously
Perform bank reconciliations
Process credit applications
Monitor and manage credit limits
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Assist with general creditors administration as required
