The successful candidate will collaborate with sites and suppliers, resolve queries promptly, and maintain meticulous filing of reconciliations, contributing to efficient accounts payable operations.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is the minimum educational requirement.
• Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Attention to detail and deadline-driven work approach required.
• Experience with Build Smart software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Matching and capturing supplier invoices to orders and GRN's.
• Reconciliation to supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
• Liaising between sites and suppliers to address queries.
• Filing of reconciliations and maintaining documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Matching and Capturing of Supplier Invoices to Order & GRN's
• Reconciliation to Supplier Statements
• Liaising between Sites & Suppliers
• Resolving supplier Queries
• Filing of Recons
