Job summary

Stefanutti Stocks Inland Accounts Department is seeking a Creditors Clerk to manage the full creditors function on a permanent basis in Gauteng. You will reconcile supplier statements, match invoices, and liaise with sites and suppliers to resolve queries.

The role requires Grade 12 and strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and deadline-driven work approach. Internal candidates encouraged.

Key Responsibilities:

• Matching and Capturing of Supplier Invoices to Order & GRN's
• Reconciliation to Supplier Statements
• Liaising between Sites & Suppliers
• Resolving supplier Queries
• Filing of Recons
