Responsibilities

• Meets monthly loan application sales targets by promoting credit loans and assisting customers.
• Meets monthly collections targets by following collections procedures and contacting customers.
• Accurately updates and maintains records and branch housekeeping to a tidy standard.
• Provide professional and friendly service to all internal and external customers at all times.
