• Meets monthly loan application sales targets by promoting credit loans and assisting customers.
• Meets monthly collections targets by following company procedures for collections and following up on instalments.
• Accurately updates and maintains records and keeps branch housekeeping standards tidy and timely.
• Provide professional and friendly service to all internal and external customers at all times.
