Atlas Finance in KwaZulu-Natal, Richmond seeks a frontline micro lending assistant to promote credit loans and assist customers while meeting monthly sales targets. You will manage collections procedures and maintain accurate records, ensuring friendly, professional service to every customer.

The role requires Grade 12 and a Micro Lending Frontline Service certificate, with at least 2 years in micro finance and strong mathematical literacy.

Competenze

• Grade 12 or equivalent required.
• Certificate/Diploma in Micro Lending Frontline Service (NQF L3) required.
• 2 years’ experience in micro finance industry preferred.
• Mathematical literacy essential.

• Meets monthly loan application sales targets by promoting credit loans and assisting customers.
