Atlas Finance is seeking a frontline credit loan promotions and collections assistant in KwaZulu-Natal. You will promote loan products, assist customers with applications, and actively manage collections in line with regulatory and policy requirements.

You will also maintain accurate records and ensure branch cleanliness, while delivering professional, friendly service to customers at all times. Minimal educational requirements include Grade 12 and micro lending training or certification.

Formación

• Must have Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Certificate/Diploma in Micro Lending Frontline Service (NQF L3) is required.
• At least 2 years’ experience in the micro finance industry is required.
• Mathematical literacy is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Meets monthly loan application sales targets by promoting credit loans and assisting customers.
• Meets monthly collections targets by following company procedures and instructions for collections and following up on collections of customers loan instalments.
• Accurately updates and maintains records, and branch housekeeping standards in a tidy and timely manner.
• Provide a professional and friendly service to all internal and external customers at all times.
