Job summary

Tiger Brands is seeking a Credit Controller in Pietermaritzburg to manage full credit control for chain stores and independent customers in the FMCG sector. You will request remittance, allocate payments, and send statements, while investigating unprocessed claims and maintaining CGIC coverage.

• Receipt and allocate payments
• Send customer statements
• Investigate unprocessed claims
• Validate and reconcile and process pricing claims
• Validate and submit credit applications for accounts to be opened

• Maintain overtrading and Customer Guarantee Insurance Cover (CGIC) customers
• Compile and submit reports as required
