Responsibilities

• Perform full credit control for chain stores and independent customers.
• Request remittance from customers and balance payments.
• Receipt and allocate payments.
• Send customer statements.
• Investigate unprocessed claims.
• Validate and reconcile pricing claims.
• Validate and submit credit applications for new accounts.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and invoices.
• Maintain CGIC customers.
• Compile and submit reports.
