Job summary

AllWage in Cape Town is seeking a hands-on video editor and content creator to grow our brand presence across social channels. You’ll own the editing for short-form ads, product stories and customer stories, shape visuals with our product designer, and experiment with AI-assisted workflows to speed up production.

You’ll need a strong portfolio, experience with short-form social content, and the confidence to own ideas from concept to delivery.

Qualifications

• A portfolio showing strong video editing, original graphic design and content made for organic social.
• Short-form paid social experience: you understand hooks, pacing, captions and calls to action.
• Strong judgement in typography, layout, colour and composition, with examples of work you designed from a blank page.
• Practical AI experience. Show us a workflow you’ve built, what it helps you make, and how you judge the output.
• Enough coding confidence to build or adapt a small script, automation or template, including with AI assistance.
• Creative ambition and ownership: you bring ideas without waiting for a brief, take them through to delivery, explain your decisions and use feedback to make the work stronger. You care about the details as much as the concept.
