Job summary

Black Pen Recruitment seeks an experienced Creative Content Producer to own graphic design and asset production across social, campaigns, email, POS, packaging and landing pages. You will lead shoots, manage a junior producer, and drive AI-assisted design initiatives.

You will coordinate with Brand Leads and the Digital Manager, ensuring brand consistency, timely deliveries, and high-quality visuals that align with campaign briefs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in graphic design or creative production role.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
• Experience with brand asset management and version control.
• Portfolio showing design range and quality.
• Some experience with video production or photography direction.
• Demonstrated openness to using AI image generation tools.
• Degree in graphic design, fine arts, communications or equivalent experience.
• Strong graphic design skills — experienced with Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Graphic design and asset production across social, campaigns, email, POS, packaging, exhibitions and landing pages.
• Asset library management: structure, naming conventions, version control, access; coordinate asset approvals.
• POS and packaging production: manage production, templates, print suppliers and deadlines.
• Photography and video: project manage shoots, shot lists, locations, scheduling and logistics; oversee post-production.
• Exhibition coordination: plan exhibitions with PR & Communications; manage assets.
• AI-assisted content: use AI for ideation, prompting frameworks and production workflows.
• Line management: supervise Junior Creative Content Producer and provide feedback.

Role overview

As Creative Content Producer you will own all graphic design and asset production across social, campaigns, email, POS, packaging and landing pages. You’ll manage the asset library, direct photography and video shoots, produce print-ready artwork, and manage exhibition coordination with PR & Communications. You’ll line manage the Junior Creative Content Producer, delegating production tasks while focusing on complex design work, shoot direction and AI experimentation.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Graphic design and asset production - Create all graphic assets — social, campaigns, email, POS, packaging, exhibitions, landing pages - Design email templates and campaign creative based on Brand Lead briefs - Create social media graphics, video assets and thumbnails - Produce landing page design assets per Digital Manager specifications - Maintain design consistency and brand guidelines across all outputs
• Asset library management - Own asset library structure, naming conventions, version control and access - Receive assets from photographers and videographers; organise and tag appropriately - Coordinate with Brand Leads on asset approvals before assets enter library - Maintain master asset database and documentation - Implement and maintain asset naming convention and folders.
• POS and packaging production - Own production point for all POS and packaging artwork across all brands - Receive POS briefs from Brand Leads and create production specifications - Maintain master POS template library; update templates with Brand Lead input - Manage print suppliers, deadlines and quality control - Coordinate exhibition POS timelines with PR & Communications
• Photography and video - Project manage photography and video shoots - Manage shot lists, locations, scheduling and logistics - Oversee post-production editing and asset delivery - Ensure shoot output is properly tagged and organised before entering library
• Exhibition coordination - Coordinate with PR & Communications on exhibition planning and logistics - Manage POS and visual asset requirements for exhibitions - Support exhibition setup and materials coordination
• AI-assisted content and asset production - Use AI to assist with design ideation, concept exploration and digital ad output - Build prompting frameworks for consistent AI-assisted production - Experiment with AI image generation tools and integrate learnings - Document best practices for AI-assisted production
