Job summary

Komatsu Mining Corp. is seeking a CPT Administrator to coordinate, manage, and maintain administrative processes related to the CPT function at site. Tasks include data capture into Excel and SAP, invoicing, and contract reporting.

The role requires Grade 12/N4, 3+ years in admin with debtors/creditors, SAP proficiency, and a valid driver’s license. Onsite work in Mpumalanga with emphasis on accuracy and timely support.

Qualifications

• Grade 12/N4 qualification required.
• Certificate in Finance or Administration is advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Administrative environment with Debtors and Creditors; SAP experience.
• Advanced Excel with Pivot Tables experience.

Responsibilities

• Data capturing of daily contract data into Excel and SAP.
• Collect issued RPS spares and process for invoicing.
• Obtain CEP and R&R quotes and related paperwork for invoicing.
• Prepare and hand in all related contract invoices for approval.
• Liaise with mine Logistics for processing and payment of invoices.
• Prepare monthly contract reports and coordinate site meetings.
