Job summary

Edge Executive Search Group, on behalf of a leading global automotive manufacturer, seeks an experienced Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Manager to develop, implement, and manage the OEM CPO programme across a national dealer network.

You will drive programme performance, grow certified sales and profitability, ensure dealer compliance with certification, warranty, and inspection standards, and elevate the customer ownership experience through best-in-class processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Experience with OEM or dealer networks in automotive retail.
• Strong commercial, financial, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and manage the OEM Certified Pre-Owned programme.
• Grow CPO sales volume and market share.
• Monitor dealer performance and conduct business reviews.
• Ensure dealer compliance with OEM certification, warranty, inspection, and customer experience standards.
• Develop and execute national and dealer-focused CPO marketing campaigns.
• Deliver dealer training on vehicle appraisal, inspections, certification, digital retailing, and finance opportunities.
