Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in menu costing and pricing calculations.
• Experience working with customer specifications and cost management processes.
• Fully competent in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Attend menu presentations and provide assistance with photo's of meals.
• Perform all menu costing according to airline documentation and menu development.
• Ensure the Financial Profit and Loss statement is completed for each Airline according to the customer deadline.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for:

• Attend menu presentations and provide assistance with photo’s of meals
• Provide advisory services in terms of enquiries related to product info
• Ensure that the Upper Level Pricing is done accurately
• Ensure the correct calculation with the applicable load ratios are applied.
• Perform all menu costing according to airline documentation and menu development including standard cost development
• Complete post presentation costing with airline load scales in order for billing to be adapted accordingly.
• Create airline specifications according to customer requests on the online system.
• Provide menu change support to all the internal parties to ensure client’s expectations are met
• Compare menu specifications, costing details and airline documentation to ensure they all tally
• Ensure the Financial Profit and Loss statement is completed for each Airline according to the customer deadline

QUALIFICATIONS

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Certificate in Administration or a related field
• Bachelor's Degree in Cost Management
• Fully competent in Microsoft Office

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 2 years' experience
• Experience in menu costing and pricing calculations
• Experience working with customer specifications and cost management processes
