• Proven supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Experience in retail operations including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager to lead, coach and develop the sales team to meet sales, customer service and operational targets.
