Formación

• Requires LLB and admission as an attorney in South Africa.
• Extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance is essential.
• Ability to draft governance policies, minutes, and board resolutions.

Responsabilidades

• Advise Board and Senior Management on governance best practices and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, King IV, and other corporate laws.
• Develop, implement, and maintain governance policies and procedures.
• Manage board and shareholder meetings, including agendas and resolutions.
• Oversee statutory obligations, regulatory filings and disclosures.
• Provide legal support on corporate structuring, capital raising, and transactions.
• Assist in regulatory investigations and interactions with authorities.
• Conduct legal research on governance trends and implications.
• Promote ethical conduct and corporate compliance across the organization.
