Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Corporate Governance Specialist to join its legal and compliance team in a fully remote capacity. You will advise on board matters, develop governance policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance governance frameworks across operations from anywhere in South Africa.

The role requires a law or business administration degree and at least 6 years in governance or related roles, with strong SA corporate law knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications
