Job summary

Exceed Human Resource Consultants is seeking a Sustainability Specialist to conduct corporate carbon footprint assessments (Scope 1–3) and support lifecycle-based emissions modelling. You will review client data, manage emission factor databases, and prepare technical reports with sustainability insights for diverse clients.

The role requires strong data interpretation skills, knowledge of GHG accounting, and familiarity with frameworks like the GHG Protocol and SBTi.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of sustainability principles and carbon footprinting methodologies.
• Experience with corporate carbon footprint (CCF) assessments and greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting.
• Understanding of sustainability practices in food supply chain or agriculture is advantageous.
• Familiarity with GHG Protocol and Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform data interpretation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct corporate carbon footprint assessments (Scope 1, 2, and 3) per recognised standards.
• Review and validate client sustainability data for accuracy and consistency.
• Manage Scope 3 tools, methodologies, and emission factor databases.
• Assist product carbon footprint assessments and lifecycle emissions modelling.
• Prepare technical reports, emissions calculations, and insights for clients.
