Communicate Ct in South Africa seeks a Carbon Footprint & LCA Consultant to quantify emissions, model carbon flows, and build calculation engines with precise analytics.

You will work with field data, research, and clients who have yet to realise the scale of your intellectual superiority. Failure is acceptable, but poor Excel skills are not.

Formación

• Engineering degree (Chemical, Industrial, or equivalent).
• 4+ years of analytical experience.
• Knowledge of carbon accounting and life cycle assessment.
• Familiarity with GHG Protocol, OpenLCA or SimaPro is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Quantify carbon footprints and life cycle assessments for clients.
• Develop models and calculation engines from large datasets.
• Collaborate with field data, research, and clients.
• Deliver clear insights and robust analyses.

Your mission? Construct elaborate carbon models. Bend vast datasets to your will. Decipher ancient protocols. Build calculation engines so precise they leave spreadsheets trembling in fear.

You’re likely the right fit if you have:

• Engineering degree (Chemical, Industrial, or equivalent)
• 4+ years of analytical experience
• A dangerous level of curiosity
• Mastery of numbers, logic, and complex systems
• Knowledge of carbon accounting and life cycle assessment
• Familiarity with GHG Protocol, OpenLCA, or SimaPro is highly desirable
