Job summary

ATS Client is seeking a Website Developer to join our Marketing Department in Cape Town. You will build conversion-focused landing pages on WordPress to drive high-quality leads and optimize user journeys.

Collaborating with the Growth team, you’ll implement CRO strategies and enhance site performance. You’ll also maintain plugins, ensure security, and support technical SEO with schema and speed optimizations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Web Development, IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Advanced WordPress training or certifications are highly beneficial.
• 3–5 years in website development.
• Experience embedding AI tools into daily workflow with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Build conversion-focused landing pages and enhance UX/UI on WordPress.
• Run CRO experiments and optimize CTAs and forms.
• Maintain plugins, hosting, and mobile responsiveness, ensuring security.
• Support technical SEO and schema, improve site speed.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Growth teams; report insights.
