Job summary

Construct Executive Search is seeking an experienced Civil/Infrastructure professional in Gauteng to lead and deliver high-value EPC projects. The candidate will oversee design-build contracts, ensure adherence to FIDIC Silver Book terms, and manage large-scale infrastructure works such as pipelines, pump stations, water and wastewater facilities.

Strong CCS, Primavera P6, and MS Project skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Must be registered as a Professional Engineer/Technologist/PM.
• 15 years of experience in heavy civil engineering with contracts over R300 million.
• Experience on Design & Construct (EPC) projects.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC Silver Book.
• Proven delivery of large infrastructure with pipelines, pump stations, water/wastewater, bulk earthworks, and reinforced concrete structures.
• Advanced proficiency in CCS, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Science, or Bachelor of Technology Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Must be registered as a Professional Engineer, Professional Engineering Technologist, or Professional Construction Project Manager.
• Must have 15 years of experience in heavy civil engineering, with proven experience managing contracts on projects valued above R300 million.
• Must have experience on Design & Construct (EPC) projects.
• Must have strong knowledge of FIDIC Silver Book.
• Must have proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure projects involving large-diameter steel pipelines, pump stations, water and wastewater infrastructure, bulk earthworks, and reinforced concrete structures.
• Must have advanced proficiency in CCS, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.
• Must possess strong commercial and contractual management skills.
