Qualifications

• BTech in Construction Management or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as Contracts Manager within construction.
• Expertise with CCS Candy programming.
• Experience with BuildSmart is advantageous.
• Experience managing residential and commercial projects.
• Excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects from planning through to completion.
• Oversee project programmes, budgets, and contractual obligations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using CCS Candy.
• Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and client communication.
• Monitor project performance to meet deadlines, quality, and cost objectives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.
