You will manage diverse commercial agreements, implement policies, and coordinate with sales, procurement, and legal teams to minimize risk while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Qualified attorney or equivalent legal qualification with at least 5 years of experience focused on contract law.
• Extensive experience drafting, negotiating, and managing a wide variety of commercial contracts.
• Proven ability to manage contractual risks and ensure compliance with legal and company policies.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly organized and experienced Legal Contracts Manager to lead their contract management function. This position is fully remote, allowing you to contribute to our success from anywhere in South Africa. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of contracts, from drafting and negotiation to execution and renewal, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of contract law, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven ability to manage complex contractual obligations in a remote setting. This role is pivotal in supporting business growth by ensuring robust and legally sound contractual frameworks are in place.

Key Responsibilities
