• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the Contract Cleaning Industry.
• Strong understanding of cleaning methodologies, contract management, and service delivery.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities in contract cleaning.
• Promote the company’s cleaning services and solutions.
• Visit clients and conduct site assessments to determine service scope.
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and SLAs.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain client databases and sales activity reports.
• Develop client-specific cleaning programs and manage renewals.
• Build long-term relationships to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Collaborate with operations to meet service delivery standards.
• Monitor market intelligence and competitor activity.
• Attend industry events and client presentations as required.
