Job summary

Absa Group is seeking a Consultant: Sales and Service (FAIS) for Vredenburg. You will provide needs-based sales and service across retail banking products, delivering an excellent customer experience while meeting sales targets and complying with FAIS, TCF and risk governance requirements.

You will handle end-to-end customer needs with minimal handovers, support digital channels, manage branch devices, and uphold Absa’s service standards in a professional retail banking environment.
