Atlas Finance in Mpumalanga seeks a frontline credit officer to promote loan applications and ensure compliant processing for customers in South Africa. The role demands strong service orientation and accurate record-keeping in a branch environment.

The successful candidate will have Grade 12, a Micro Lending frontline service diploma, 2 years in micro finance, and solid mathematical literacy. Apply with a customer-centric approach and a focus on meeting targets.

Formación

• Grade 12 minimum.
• Diploma or certificate in Micro Lending Frontline Service (NQF L3).
• 2 years’ experience in micro finance industry.
• Mathematical literacy.

Responsabilidades

• Meets monthly loan application sales targets by promoting Credit Loans and assisting customers.
• Meets monthly collections targets, following company procedures for collections and following up on instalments.
• Accurately updates and maintains records, and branch housekeeping standards in a tidy and timely manner.
• Provide a professional and friendly service to all internal and external customers at all times.

Job purpose:

To promote, assist and enable clients to apply for credit loans, ensuring that these loan applications meet with all credit granting Regulatory and Policy compliance.

Key Accountable Responsibilities:

• Meets monthly set Loan application Sales targets by promoting Credit Loans and assisting customers.
• Meets monthly set Collections targets, by actioning company procedures and instructions for collections, and following up on collections of customers loan instalments.
• Accurately updates and maintains records, and branch housekeeping standards in a tidy and timely manner.
• Provide a professional and friendly service to all internal and external customers at all times

Competency and qualification requirements:

• Minimum: Grade 12
• Certificate/Diploma in Micro Lending Frontline Service (NQF L3)
• 2 years’ experience Micro finance industry
• Mathematical Literacy
