Atlas Finance in Paarl is seeking an experienced Branch Operations Manager to oversee daily branch activities, manage staff and resources, and deliver excellent customer service while driving revenue through loans and collections.

The role requires a Micro Lending/Management background, 2 years in microfinance, and a valid driver's license. You will lead sales targets, ensure compliance, and foster a reliable team in a busy banking environment.

Qualifikationen

• Certificate/Diploma in Micro Lending Frontline Service (NQF L4) required.
• Certificate/Diploma in General Management (NQF L5) - Advantage.
• 2 years’ experience in Micro Finance.
• 2 years’ experience in junior management.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Computer literacy at an intermediate level.
