Placements24 client seeks a dedicated Construction Foreman to supervise construction sites in and around Durban. You will direct daily crew activities, ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to project specs, serving as the frontline link between management and on-site teams in KwaZulu-Natal.

The role requires proven supervisory experience, solid knowledge of construction processes, blueprint reading, and strict health and safety enforcement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites.
• Good communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a crew.
• Experience working in the Durban construction environment is advantageous.
