• Qualification must be relevant to General Building (GB) works.
• Construction/building site experience will be an advantage.
• Ability to oversee and coordinate construction activities.
• Good communication, organisational and supervisory skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee construction activities on site.
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors and plant/equipment.
• Monitor work progress and ensure work is carried out according to specifications.
• Assist with site administration and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with applicable health and safety requirements.
• Supervise the execution of General Building works.
