Placements24 in East London is seeking an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. You will support senior consultants, learn the full recruitment lifecycle, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

You will source candidates, conduct initial interviews, schedule meetings, and maintain CRM records while developing strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Comprehensive training and mentorship accompany a clear progression path.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in recruitment consultancy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Consultants in managing client relationships and understanding recruitment needs.
• Source and screen potential candidates using various recruitment tools and platforms.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications and suitability for roles.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and job orders within the CRM system.
• Assist with offer negotiation and the onboarding process for successful candidates.
