Job summary

You will coordinate designers, engineers, contractors and stakeholders from concept to handover, ensuring quality and compliance across all stages of the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 8–10+ years' construction project management experience.
• Proven track record delivering commercial, industrial, warehouse, or logistics projects.
• Strong contractor, consultant, budget, and contract management experience.
• Experience managing projects within a live operational environment is advantageous.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project from planning and design through to construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, engineers, architects, and professional teams.
• Ensure construction quality, contractual compliance, and cost control.
• Maintain business continuity by coordinating construction activities around ongoing warehouse operations.
• Oversee health, safety, statutory compliance, and project reporting.
