RPO Recruitment is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a fixed-term contract in Johannesburg, Gauteng. The role focuses on leading a high-profile warehouse expansion project within a live operational environment, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.

You will coordinate multiple contractors, consultants, and stakeholders, driving cost control, quality, and contractual compliance across the project lifecycle.

Qualificações

• Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 8-10+ years’ construction project management experience.
• Proven track record delivering commercial, industrial, warehouse, or logistics projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the project from planning and design through to construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, engineers, architects, and professional teams.
• Ensure construction quality, contractual compliance, and cost control.

• Experience managing projects within a live operational environment preferred.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Professional registration advantageous.
