Placements24 is seeking a proactive Construction Project Manager to lead high-end residential estate developments in the Pretoria area. You will manage end-to-end construction from planning and design liaison through to handover, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires a degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Architecture and a minimum of 7 years of experience delivering complex residential estates within budget.

Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in managing residential construction projects.
• Proven track record delivering complex residential estates on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations, planning permissions, and construction methods.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with the Pretoria property development landscape is advantageous.

Responsibilities
