Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of progressive property development experience, focused on large residential estates.
• Track record delivering complex developments from concept to handover.
• Proven capability in financial modeling, feasibility studies and securing financing.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Property Development or related field preferred.
• Extensive KwaZulu-Natal networks in property development and construction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project strategies, business plans, and timelines.
• Oversee all phases from land acquisition to design, permitting, construction and sales.
• Manage project budgets, cash flow, and financial reporting to meet profitability targets.
