About the Role

Our client, a dynamic and rapidly expanding developer, is seeking a highly capable Construction Project Manager to lead challenging commercial development projects in and around Klerksdorp, North West. This role is central to the successful execution of new build and refurbishment projects, demanding a blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and strong commercial awareness. You will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and control of construction projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
