Job summary

• Bachelors or equivalent in construction-related field.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage construction projects from start to completion.
• Develop and monitor project programmes, budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.
• Manage project costs, resources and procurement requirements.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved plans, specifications and quality standards.
• Identify and manage project risks, delays and potential cost overruns.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, schedules and relevant documentation.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements and applicable legislation.
• Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
• Review and resolve construction-related issues and provide practical solutions.
• Ensure projects are completed and handed over according to agreed specifications.
