JV Human Capital is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead complex building projects in Stellenbosch. You will oversee project requirements, coordinate site teams and liaise with clients, third parties and managers to report progress.

You will set targets, monitor budgets, timelines and health and safety, conduct site visits and ensure contract delivery. This role combines office planning with on-site leadership to achieve high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management.
• Excellent technical proficiency in construction practices.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
• Experience handling site administration and large teams.
