Job summary

Bilnor Staffing Solutions is seeking a Construction Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team on mining/heavy industrial projects. You will oversee site delivery, coordinate FAT assembly, and manage contractors to meet design specs and timelines.

The role requires strong leadership, risk management, and communication to ensure safety and quality standards across remote or cross-border sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in mining or heavy industry.
• Proven experience as construction manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience managing on-site teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of 10–20 personnel.
• Oversee FAT assembly, ensure alignment with engineering designs and layouts.
• Manage on-site project delivery, including SMPP and EC&I contractors.
• Engage with clients and coordinate all construction stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, safety, quality and reporting.
