You will develop, maintain, and update master project schedules, perform critical path analysis, and coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to keep milestones on track.

The role requires a degree in Construction Management or Engineering, at least five years in scheduling, and proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, or Asta

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or Asta Powerproject.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with contract documents and their impact on scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project schedules using industry-standard planning software.
• Perform critical path analysis and identify potential scheduling risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather information for schedule development and updates.
• Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule and report on deviations.
• Develop resource loading and leveling plans to ensure optimal utilization of labor, equipment, and materials.
• Prepare baseline schedules, look-ahead schedules, and milestone charts.
• Conduct schedule review meetings with project stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of recovery plans and mitigation strategies for schedule delays.
• Analyze the impact of changes, variations, and unforeseen events on the project schedule.
