Job summary

VEA Road Maintenance & Civils is seeking an experienced Site Agent (Construction Manager) to manage emergency repairs of flood-damaged structures on National Roads R578, R524, R40 and R36 in Limpopo Province. The role requires hands-on leadership, coordination of personnel, plant, materials and subcontractors to deliver safely, on time and within budget.

The Site Agent will oversee daily construction activities, ensuring quality standards and regulatory compliance while maintaining cost control

Qualifications

• Registered with SACPCMP as PrCM or with ECSA as PrEng, PrTechEng or PrTechni.
• A minimum of 8 years' construction experience, preferably including SANRAL projects.

VEA Road Maintenance & Civils is seeking an experienced and driven Site Agent (Construction Manager) to join our operations team for the Emergency Repair of flood damaged structures on National Roads R578, R524, R40 and R36 in the Limpopo Province.

The Site Agent will be responsible for the day-to-day management and supervision of construction activities on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in accordance with the required quality standards and specifications.

This role requires a hands‑on construction professional with strong leadership capabilities, sound technical knowledge and the ability to effectively coordinate people, plant, materials, subcontractors and other project resources.

Minimum Requirements
