Job summary

Xcede Group seeks a Construction Manager (PrCM) for a major EPC project in the renewable energy sector. The role requires leading on-site teams, coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates will hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management, be SACPCMP-registered, and bring at least five years of CM experience with a strong track record in substations and transmission line projects.

Qualifications

• Registration as a Professional Construction Manager with SACPCMP is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of proven Construction Manager experience on diverse projects.

Our client, a large EPC within the renewable energy sector, is currently looking for a Construction Manager (PrCM) to add to their team for a very exciting project.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management.
• Registered as a Professional Construction Manager through SACPCMP.
• Proven track record of successful construction management experience, overseeing diverse projects of varying scales.
• Strong understanding of substations and overhead transmission lines.
• 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.
• Proficient in project management software and other relevant tools.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on quality.

Responsibilities:
